These two sisters had a double wedding on 7 May 1946.

In 2016, which is 70 years after these marriages, we created and printed photo-essays for each of these families.

There were a total of 11 children in these two families; although none of them received university degrees, all of them have interesting careers and growing families. Additionally, both of these families have inspirational sagas.

Dick Muth ~ created Muth Electric, one of the most successful companies in the midwest, he now employs almost 400 people. In 2015 Dick became a member of the South Dakota Hall of Fame; he also received the special honor of Champion for Excellence in Business.  Information about Dick can be downloaded, click on picture.

Judy Mutziger ~ found pleasure in adventure. My ski-bum days took me to Switzerland ~ and this led to fascinating careers with the World Economic Forum and later creating a design studio. The next step was Thailand (the opposite side of the world from South Dakota) where I write books about sustainable tourism. Information about Judy can be downloaded, click on picture.
